Feng Shui For New Houses And Buildings
I will work with your architect or with your construction plans. I provide ongoing assistance in integrating Feng Shui design within the new builds and refurbishments of both commercial, resort and residential properties. I can also assist in site selection.

"Home Sweet Home" Feng Shui
These consultations consist of a visit to observe and analyze the house and the surrounding environment. Thereafter these observations will be analyzed, calculated and balanced accordingly to the needs and goals of the occupants of the home. There is a six month complimentary service from the date of the appointment for any enquiries regarding changes to the home. Major renovations and annual updates to the home however will not be covered under this complimentary service.
Preparation for a consultation:
- A4 sized floorplans of the property
- goals that the occupants wish to achieve
- birthdates of all the occupants
- information on the property

Buying/Leasing a Home or Office Feng Shui
It is important that when buying or leasing a home or office premises one should follow the golden principles of Feng Shui. A Feng Shui consultation is useful to avoid making the initial mistake of committing yourself to premises that will not optimize your potential or success. This consultation will consist of an initial 15 minute phone or email consultation and a follow up report of important tips to look out for when hunting for premises. Follow these tips and you can be assured that you will not make such a costly mistake.
I also provide personal assistance by accompanying would be buyers or lessees to the site. For this service, I would need about 1 to 2 hours at the site to do the initial review of the place. This is an extra service and is fee chargeable.
